Organic Dirt Dessert

In honor of Earth Day and because, well lets get real, I have boys!

Anything that includes dirt, they are gonna get excited about. And anything organic, I will get excited about!

I HAD to make Organic, Vegan, Dirt Dessert :-)

It also turned out WAY simpler than I thought, to make.

Ingredients:

1 box of organic chocolate pudding

organic coconut milk

1 box organic chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed-you can also use a food processor)

1 bag of organic gummy worms

Make your pudding and cool in the refrigerator, then portion out into cups (about a 1/3 to 1/2 cup into each serving

Crush your cookies, and top each serving cup with about 1 TBSP

place 3 to 4 organic gummy works peeking out of the crushed cookie so it looks like theyre coming out of the dirt

Chill until ready to serve, enjoy, and celebrate our earth!
